Touring Entertainment LIVE, the ILMC annual meeting for the touring industry, will bring together international hosts and producers of touring experiences in London on Wednesday 26 February 2025 as part of ILMC 37.

Touring Entertainment LIVE (TEL) is a one-day event dedicated to the global business of exhibitions, live entertainment, and touring family shows. TEL brings together show and exhibition producers, rights holders, venue operators, and promoters from all over the globe to discuss the challenges and opportunities facing this fast-developing sector.

Taking place on Wednesday 26 February 2025 in a dedicated 1,000sqm ballroom at London’s Royal Lancaster Hotel, TEL is part of the 37th edition of the International Live Music Conference (ILMC) – a major global gathering for the international live music business.

TEL is steered by a group of executives from across the family entertainment and touring exhibition space, with Manon Delaury from TEO, Sana Ali Aamir from Fever (UK), James Cassidy from FKP Scorpio Entertainment UK Ltd, Duncan Fish from Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group (CA), Ben Hatton from Cuffe & Taylor (UK), Liz Koops from Broadway Entertainment Group (AE), Heather McGill from Unify Experiences (UK), Nicolas Renna from Proactic Entertainment (ES), Christoph Scholz from Semmel Concerts (DE), Jonathan Shank from Terrapin Station Entertainment (US), Ingrid Sutej from Temple Live Entertainment (UK) and Tom Zaller from Imagine Exhibitions (US).

Throughout the day, professionals from organisations from the touring events network will be sharing insights in the form of panel discussions, keynote interviews, and presentations. There will also be curated networking and introductions, networking space, and an exclusive exhibitor space, where TEO will be introducing international exhibitions and experiences available on tour with a dedicated stand.

A Quick-Fire Session, hosted by Manon Delaury from TEO , from 13.45PM to 14.45PM, will showcase experiences that have upcoming availability in a quick-fire format. Specially curated for the touring industry, the session will bring together representatives from a variety of touring organisations: Letsgo Company, Semmel Exhibitions, EM Group, Attraktion, Glynis Henderson Productions, Lililillilil, Culturespaces, GL Events, Imagine Exhibitions, Grand Palais Immersif, Barbican.

Promoters and venues looking for their next project will discover a large selection of new productions and have the opportunity to network with international producers.

12.00AM to 12.45AM – TEL: My Biggest Lesson. An open forum discussion to share lessons and learn from each others’ experience.

13.45PM to 14.45PM – TEL: The Quick-Fire Session. Quick-fire presentations of the best new shows, productions, and ideas you need to be aware of.

15.00PM to 15.30PM – TEL: Marketing Masterclass : Maintaining the Buzz. Maintaining excitement over a long-stay production and maximising marketing efforts throughout.

16.00PM to 16.45PM – TEL: Immersive Entertainment : What Audiences Really Want. With the immersive entertainment industry is at a crossroads, we explore the evolving expectations of modern audiences.

17.00PM to 18.00PM – TEL : Making Waves. A high-level discussion with some of the touring entertainment sector’s most senior execs.
