Description

Our Time on Earth invites visitors to experience a range of perspectives of our shared planet through immersive, interactive installations and digital works. It explores Earth as a community to which we all belong—humans as just one species among millions.

 

The exhibition includes 18 immersive, interactive works by leading practitioners, such as:

  • The design studio Superflux
  • Architects BuildX
  • Film director Liam Young
  • Indigenous-led collectives Selvagem and Choose Earth
  • Digital art collective Marshmallow Laser Feast
  • Colombian biologist Brigitte Baptiste
  • The Institute of Digital Fashion (IoDF)
  • Author and environmental activist George Monbiot, in collaboration with creative studio Holition

Our Time on Earth is a traveling exhibition conceived and curated by Barbican Immersive and co-produced by Musée de la civilisation. The exhibition’s international tour is supported by Flying Fish.
