Red Planet 3009 is a brand-new 360° immersive experience that teleports the public into an adventurous visit of what Mars might be some time ahead.
A mesmerising show, designed with a cinematic flair and a compelling storytelling, where the audience takes part in a surprising mission to the Red Planet.
WHAT HAPPENED ON MARS?
The visitors enter a Mars simulator and connect to the eyes and ears of a Rover AI who will be their guide.
They participate in a time-space journey and live the exploration of unknown wonders, mysteries, and unexpected discoveries emerging from the dust, carrying echoes of possible futures.
An inspiring adventure happening on the edge of fiction and reality, connecting the present to the future, our human Earthbound presence and essence to our space dreams and ambitions.
The show is 45 minutes long and has a circular narrative composed of 3 acts, 15 minutes each, presented in loop.
The public is admitted every 15 minutes and can enjoy the trip for as long as they like.
The public is suggested to enter every 15 minutes, however can get in at anytime and enjoy the show for as long as they like.
Red Planet 3009 can be implemented in two possible canvases:
- Projections on four walls and floor
- Projections on four walls and ceiling.
Non-traditional venues may be considered.
Exhibition area / main room
Minimum surface: 250 square meters (projection surface).
Ceiling height: minimum of 5 meters (clear and free from lights, beams, or antennas).
Additional spaces
150 square meters approx. for retail, lobby, entrance, and box office, with
flexible configuration according to the technical characteristics of the venue.
Video Projectors
Between 14 and 20 4K DLP projectors (8,500-12,000 lumens, depending on final design) for walls and floors, to achieve a 3.5 to 5.9 mm/pixel density.
Audio system
5 channels + 1 subwoofer (4 corners + 1 central voice + sub), with D&B E12-D or similar speakers for even sound distribution, and D&B E15X-SUB (or similar) at the four corners of the exhibition area.
